"Maestro" televised on ARTE - Sunday July 5, at 6.50pm
The program of this exceptional concert features a selection of the emblematic works and great baroque arias that have marked the ensemble’s prestigious history, some of the gems behind the “Arts Flo” success. For this special occasion, the ensemble performed with its full orchestra and choir, conducted for the first time by both its maestros: William Christie and Paul Agnew. All against the stunning backdrop of the gardens in Thiré!
Recorded on August 29 and 30, 2019, during the Dans les Jardins de William Christie Festival, produced by Les Arts Florissants and the Conseil départemental de la Vendée.
